We run an exam-prep platform for competitive exam aspirants. We offer a large bank of practice questions, mock tests, daily challenges, topic-wise learning content, bookmarks, progress analytics, and optional paid subscriptions. Most of the platform can be used without paying anything; signing in unlocks personalization such as saved progress, bookmarks, and streaks.

We only collect information that helps us run and improve the product, and we try to keep this policy in plain language. It does not constitute legal advice.

2. Information we collect

• Account details. When you sign up with an email/password or with Google Sign-In, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and (if you use Google) your profile photo.
• Preferences you set. Things like your target exam, preferred subjects, and notification settings, so the app can be tailored to you.
• Practice activity. Your answers, scores, bookmarks, streaks, badges, and test attempts are stored so your progress is available whenever you come back.
• Payment records. If you purchase a premium plan, payment is handled by our payment processor. We keep a record of the order ID, payment status, amount, and plan period to manage your subscription and support requests. We never store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our own servers.
• Usage data. We use standard web analytics to understand which features are used and to fix bugs. This may rely on cookies or local storage in your browser.
• Technical/server logs. Basic request logs (such as IP address, device/browser type, and timestamps) are kept for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use this information

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not use your practice data to train third-party AI models.

• To run the platform, keep your account secure, and sync your progress across devices;
• To show you your bookmarks, streaks, badges, leaderboard position, and subscription status;
• To process payments and handle billing questions;
• To understand how features are used so we can fix issues and improve the product;
• To respond when you contact support;

4. Who we share information with

We only share data with the service providers that help us operate this platform, and only to the extent needed for them to do their job:

• Our payment processor — to process payments for premium subscriptions.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your account, practice history, and bookmarks for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we will delete or anonymize it within a reasonable timeframe — except for records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records connected to a transaction.

Aggregated analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s own retention settings.

6. Security

We use standard security practices such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated APIs, and restricted access to our infrastructure. That said, no system is completely secure — please use a strong, unique password and avoid sharing your login credentials with anyone.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent. This platform is built for exam aspirants and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has shared data with us, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
