This policy explains how we (“we”, “us”, “our”) handle refunds for paid subscriptions.
1. All sales are final
Apart from a genuine duplicate charge (see section 3 below), we do not offer refunds on any paid product on this platform — including premium subscriptions or any future paid add-on — for any other reason.
Our premium plans are digital products and access is granted immediately once payment is successful. By purchasing a plan, you agree that you are not entitled to a refund simply because you changed your mind, picked the wrong plan, forgot to use it, or for any reason not explicitly covered in this policy.
2. What this policy covers
This Refund Policy applies to premium subscriptions — paid plans that unlock features such as unlimited mock tests, advanced analytics, or ad-free access, for a fixed billing period (monthly or otherwise).
Free features and free content are not paid products and are therefore outside the scope of this policy.
3. Duplicate payment (the one case we do refund)
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription — for example, two successful payments for a single plan purchase — we will refund the extra charge once we’ve verified it.
To request this, contact us through the support option in the app with both payment/transaction IDs, the date and amount of each charge, and the plan you purchased. Refunds for verified duplicate charges are typically initiated within 10 business days back to the original payment method; your bank or UPI app may take a few extra days to reflect the credit.
4. Situations we do not refund
- You purchased a plan but access was not granted — please contact us first so we can activate it; the payment itself is still not refundable on this basis once the issue is fixed;
- You picked the wrong plan, wrong billing cycle, or changed your mind at any point after paying;
- You did not end up using the plan, or are unhappy with the amount of content available;
- You want a partial refund for the unused remainder of an active plan;
- The problem is caused by your own device, internet connection, or a third-party app, while the platform is otherwise working normally.
5. Suspicious or unauthorized payments
If you think a payment was made from your account without your authorization, please contact your bank or UPI provider right away. We are not able to reverse an unauthorized transaction directly and cannot act on your behalf with your bank.
6. If you request a refund outside this policy
If you write in asking for a refund for a reason other than a verified duplicate charge, we will reply explaining that the request falls outside this policy. We keep this rule consistent for everyone and do not make case-by-case exceptions beyond the duplicate-payment scenario above.
7. Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback or dispute directly with your bank instead of contacting us first, resolution may take longer. For plans where access was clearly delivered, we may share the relevant transaction and usage records with our payment processor, and we may pause the account until the dispute is resolved.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy is meant to override rights you may already have under Indian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, where those rights legally apply.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Any update will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and will apply to purchases made after that date unless the law requires otherwise.
10. Contact
For duplicate-payment claims or billing questions, please reach out to us through the support option available in the app.
