1. About the platform

We provide independent exam-preparation tools, including practice questions, mock tests, current-affairs content, contests, bookmarks, progress analytics, and optional paid subscriptions.

We are a privately operated educational platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government examination body. We do not guarantee selection, rank, employment, or any particular examination result.

2. Account eligibility and security

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account.
• You must not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the platform only for lawful, personal exam preparation.

• Do not scrape, copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit our questions, explanations, tests, or other content without written permission.
• Do not bypass access controls, payment restrictions, rate limits, or security measures.
• Do not use bots, scripts, or automated systems to submit answers, manipulate rankings, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malicious code, impersonate another person, harass users, or post unlawful or misleading material.

4. Educational content

We work to keep questions, explanations, current affairs, and exam information useful and accurate, but errors or outdated information may occur. You should verify important dates, eligibility rules, syllabi, and official notices with the relevant examination authority.

Content availability may change as we correct, update, add, or remove material.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Prices, plan periods, and included features are shown before purchase.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details.
• Access to paid features begins after payment is successfully confirmed.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, branding, software, question bank, explanations, graphics, and original content are owned by us or used under permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the platform for exam preparation. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. User submissions

If you submit comments, discussions, reports, or other material, you remain responsible for it. You grant us permission to host, display, moderate, and use that material as needed to operate and improve the platform.

We may remove content that violates these terms, infringes rights, creates safety risks, or is otherwise inappropriate for the platform.

8. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, abuses the service, creates security or legal risk, or fails to pay applicable charges. You may stop using the service or delete your account through the available account settings.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, reliance on educational content, examination outcomes, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
